Torque Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter to be referred as TMS) has entered into an understanding with M/s ST Associates Ltd. of Japan (vide an MOU dated March, 2020) for providing value-added high quality services to Indian organizations in the field of Lean Management / Toyota Production System (TPS). According to the understanding, M/s ST Associates would send their CEO & Kaizen Consultant, Mr. S. Tsuda to work on mutually beneficial projects of following kinds complementing / reinforcing the efforts of TMS:
Training & Development of people on Lean / TPS by organizing Seminars---virtual or in the premises of interested Clients or outside in batches of 20-25 participants of middle to senior / top level executives to develop real in-depth knowledge and proficiency.
Providing guidance on Productivity Improvement at Clients’ manufacturing factories.
Above is in addition to the services being provided by TMS for the last 10 years in the areas of 5S & Mindset Revolution, Reforms in Stores / Warehouses and Quality Improvement through Training & Hand-holding Projects.
Ultimate objectives of TMS are to assist the Client organizations in achieving significant cost reduction, enhancement of productivity level and meeting competition thru’ zero-defect quality!
